Chromolume Transcription transcribes your content from any video, film, digital, or audio media. For our Rates, click on the "Rates" link above. We believe we have the best prices around for our services. If you find a better price from a legitimate competitor, provide us with their rate quote and we will try to beat it.
To preserve the condition of your master copies, we make copies for transcription purposes only. All of our transcribers sign confidentiality agreements with us not to divulge any information deemed through transcription with us, and if necessary, we can sign a separate one with you. We fully understand the sensitivity of your material and assure you that it will not be released to any third party.
We can deliver your completed transcripts either via our FTP Server or via email. We are able to deliver your projects in any format you desire for either Microsoft Word or WordPerfect.
SMTPE Timecoded Transcription
Upon request, we insert the visible timecode at the beginning of every answer and approximately 60-120 seconds thereafter. We do not charge extra for adding timecodes.
Audio Timecoded Transcription (two-channel files)
We are one of the few companies who have the ability to transcribe from two-channel audio files and provide timecodes (sometimes called linear timecodes). Please call us at 866-375-2441 or email us to find out more information about these types of files.
